About Bryan Dillow
I'm a Bloomington-Normal native, a licensed Realtor and Broker since 2012, and the founder of BN Homes Group at eXp Realty. I built the group into one of the top-producing real estate teams in Central Illinois, trained the agents who sold alongside me, and in 2026 chose to go back to what I like best: working one-on-one with buyers and sellers. What working with me looks like
Buyers. Every MLS listing in McLean County and the surrounding counties, updated every 15 minutes, plus neighborhood guides written by someone who has actually sold in those neighborhoods. I will tell you when a house is overpriced and when a deal is worth moving on today.
Sellers. Professional photography, pricing built on what actually closed near you, and a marketing plan that comes from a career in marketing before I ever sold a home. The person who markets your house is the same person who negotiates your offers.
Relocating here. Moving for State Farm, Rivian, Illinois State University, or a quieter life? I grew up here and can explain the difference between Unit 5 and District 87, east side and west side, Bloomington and Normal, in plain terms.
Investors. Rentals, flips, and small portfolios across Bloomington-Normal, with the numbers laid out before you commit.
Where I come from
I started in this industry in 2006 at Mortgage Services III (later First State Mortgage), where I spent six years on the lending side and served as Marketing Director. I earned my real estate license in 2012 and built BN Homes Group at Keller Williams, then RE/MAX Rising, and since 2021 at eXp Realty. Along the way the group earned RealTrends and Tom Ferry America's Best recognition six times, the RE/MAX Titan Club in 2019 and 2020, and eXp's Emerald Award from 2021 through 2023.
My wife Shannon is from Pekin, so I know the Peoria side of Central Illinois as well as I know Bloomington-Normal. We have four kids, and you will find us at trivia nights, local restaurants, and Illinois State and Normal Community games.
