According to seller, property has a 50ft deep well with 220 power, and is an oil free well. Seller says he tested the well 13 months ago and it worked good. The well had about 50 pounds of pressure. It is a 3/4" service. Seller is guessing that the well is 15 years old. Well new would be around $15,000.00 according to seller. Septic tank according to seller is 3 x 3 x 3 cube concrete box, with 3 individual 4" corrugated pipes at approximately 30' in length each. Seller has not tested the septic tank but says that it has new plumbing from the house to the tank. From what seller is able to see, the tank is in good condition. He also says the lid is in good condition and is vented properly. Information on well and septic deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. House had 100 amp electric service running to it according to seller. Property currently has a house on it, but is condemned and will need to be torn down by the new owner. If property is not torn down by the new owner, county plans to tear down the house and if that happens the county would be placing a lien on the property for completing that.
