Why do I need a Buyer’s Agent?

This is a question I’ve heard a lot. If you were thinking the same thing, it’s OK. I get it … we all think we know how to shop. I mean we all know how to snag a great deal online, find a sale at the mall, or even use great coupons at the supermarket.

So why should buying a home be any different, right?

Well as seasoned professional who’s worked with a lot of buyers, let me assure you that it’s a little different. First off, on the average trip to the mall you’re not likely to come home with something you will use everyday for the next twenty or thirty years. There is no single purchase an American consumer makes that is bigger than a home. Secondly, a house comes with many moving parts. Evaluating the potential purchase of a house requires the buyer to consider many different factors. Doing it right so that you avoid potential pitfalls requires a keen and experienced eye. Many buyers who act alone miss something that ends up costing them down the road.

In addition to these concerns, there are some bonafide benefits to using a Buyer’s Agent:
